Andy is a 1996 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and received his BA from the University of Northwestern Ohio in Business Administration in 2002. Andy is the VP of Operations at G.A. Wintzer and has been employed there for the past 10 years. Before that, he was with the Dannon Co. in Minster Ohio for 11 years in a number of different management positions. Andy has been on the Wapakoneta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2013. He is a past board President 2015, Summer Moon Festival Chairman 2016 and 2017 and was awarded the Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award in 2016. Andy is married to his beautiful wife Kirsten and has two children Anja and Hank.

Chad Dunlap is a long time resident and a graduate of Wapakoneta. Chad is currently the Business Development Manager at Frost Roofing. Prior to working at Frost Roofing, Chad was employed in the car business for over 10 years. Chad serves on several different boards and associations. Most recently Chad serves on the Board of Directors for the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce and Wapakoneta's City Council. Chad also donates his time to organizations surrounding suicide prevention. In Chad's off time he enjoys weight training, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. Chad has been married to his beautiful wife Mandy for over 20 years. Together they have built a wonderful family here in Wapakoneta which includes their 2 grown children Shyla & Dylan.

I enjoy living and working in Wapakoneta serving fellow citizens. I work at Block Insurance Agency, Inc. as an Insurance Advisor helping area residents protect their families and businesses with proper insurance coverages. This also includes helping large Agriculture Businesses to small local farms with their needs. My wife Brandi and I also manage Zwiebel Lawn Care LLC of Wapakoneta specializing in lawn treatments and general lawn maintenance. We have two children who attend Wapakoneta City Schools. Heather Nolte is the Human Resource Generalist at AMETEK Westchester Plastics. After graduating from Wapakoneta High School, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business from Capital University, her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and is currently working on her master’s degree at Franklin University. Previously, Heather was assistant director for the Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council where she helped with the certification of the West Central Ohio Industrial Center. She has served in volunteer positions with the United Way of Auglaize County, the Downtown Wapakoneta Partnership, the Wapakoneta YMCA Board of Directors and the Children’s Hometown Holiday planning committee. She is an active member of St. Paul United Church of Christ where she attends with her two daughters.

Joshua Steinke is a full-time realtor with Merritt Real Estate Professionals. He was born and raised in Wapakoneta and has over twenty years of sales experience. Josh is active in the community, serves on the Board of Directors of the Wapakoneta Chamber of Commerce, and is president of the Wapakoneta Community Development Center. He is the proud father of two sons. In his free time, Josh enjoys riding his motorcycle and camping with his family.
Wapakoneta girl stays local. Say hello to Kim Warner. Kim is a 1989 graduate of Wapakoneta high school. Kim has been married to her husband Brian for 28 years, raising two wonderful sons Ben and Nick who work in the family business. Kim stays very active working in the family business “Global Electric” keeping books and records for the company. Kim achieved her license as an advanced cosmetologist from Apollo Career Center. Kim also obtained her barber license early after high school. She graduated from the Experts Barber College in Columbus in 1990. This talent has been put to great use for over 29 years in the local area. Kim recently followed her dream and opened up her own business in her own hometown of Wapakoneta. A vision of Kim’s was born in 2017 with the grand opening of Silver Shears Salon and Spa. Kim’s talent and work ethic, along with her outgoing personality have made her a very marketable person in the community. You might also recognize her as working with T-102 I heart Media radio stations. Kim’s knowledge of music has obtained her a spot in working as the senior judge for Northwest Ohio’s largest singing completion. The T-102 country Star Playoffs. Kim is excited to be part of the Chamber of Commerce in her own hometown and looks forward to exciting new adventures for the city.

Matt is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Wapakoneta in 2015 with his wife and kids. He is an agent and benefits consultant at Stolly Insurance Group, specializing in individual and group health insurance, employee benefits, Medicare, and life, disability and long-term care insurance. He has been with Stolly Insurance Group since 2015 but has over 12 years of experience in the health insurance industry, which was gained through a variety of positions held with different national insurance companies..
Matt is married to his wonderful wife Tara, who grew up in Wapakoneta, and they have three kids, Truman, Marlow, and Henley. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family, outdoor activities, reading, and volunteering.
Along with being an active member on the Wapakoneta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, he is an active participant and board member of the Wapakoneta Breakfast Optimist Club, a board member of the United Way of Auglaize County, and participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Auglaize, Mercer, and Van Wert Counties Lunch Program.
Stephanie is a partner with Stroh, Johnson, & Company, LLP, CPA’s where she started in October 1997. She serves as the treasurer for the Westside United Methodist Church, Children’s Hometown Holiday, and the Wapakoneta Chamber of Commerce (starting in January 2018). She serves on the board of the Equestrian Therapy Program in Cridersville and is a member of the St. Rita’s Medical Center Planned Giving Committee. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the AICPA.

Taryn A. Douglas is an associate with Jauert & Burton, LLP. Taryn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University in 2012, majoring in Political Science. Taryn then attended the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law, where she graduated cum laude
in 2016 and was an Associate Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review
and an advocate on the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy moot court team. During law school, Taryn clerked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in the Education Section and a law firm in Lima, gaining experience in civil litigation. Thomas Schlenker retired after 35 years with the Farm Credit of MidAmerica in Louisville, Ky. Farm Credit is a $20B asset financial cooperative serving Farmers and Rural Residents in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Tom served as the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Branch Operations. He provided leadership for Corporate Strategic Development and Financial Lending Operations. He currently is a Business Partner with ClouStudios of Wapakoneta.

Tyler Copeland is an insurance advisor at Koenig Insurance Agency in Wapakoneta. Tyler has been with Koenig Insurance since 2011. Tyler is a 2006 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and a 2010 Graduate of The Ohio State University. Tyler resides in Wapakoneta with his Wife Nancy and their two sons, Adam and Austin. Tyler has been on the Chamber’s board of directors since 2013 and has served as the board’s president for the past two years. Tyler enjoys serving on the Chamber’s board of directors as this is a way that he can give back to his community, help promote and increase visibility of local businesses, and improve the quality of life in the Wapakoneta community. Tyler is also active in the Wapakoneta Breakfast Optimist Club and the local BNI chapter, Moon Lake. In his spare time Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
