Eligibility
Open to all artists from Auglaize County and any county that abuts Auglaize County, artwork must be created by the person entering. This is a juried show. Entry does not guarantee all work will be exhibited. Original artwork only; must be original in concept design and execution. Copies of other artwork or published photographs are not acceptable. Artwork that has been exhibited at Riverside in a past juried show will not be accepted.
Age
16 and older Entry Fee Non-Member Fee $30, Member Fee $25 for up to 3 pieces regardless of medium, the fee is nonrefundable.
Cash or Checks Payable to: Riverside Art Center, fee is due at the time of entry.
Submissions
Each item is to be labeled using forms included in this prospectus. Artist will be notified by text, or email if provided, of any unaccepted work.
Entry Requirements
Fine Arts Only: painting, drawing, 3D, and photography. Original work must have been completed within the last 3 years and not previously submitted.
Two-Dimensional Artwork Framing:
• Must be in a frame enclosed on all four sides or mounted on a stretcher
• Must have a sturdy wire hanger, securely attached to the frame
• Metal screw eyes and wire are required
• No saw tooth hangers or one-hole hangers
• No wet paint or frames
• Canvas accepted with proper wire
• Label should be placed on the lower right corner

Pickup Dates: Unaccepted Work, Friday September 6th or Saturday September 7th. After exhibition Pick up, Saturday October 16th- 19th during business hours.
All reasonable care is taken in handling entries; however, Riverside Art Center and its members are not liable for loss or damage to artwork. Any decision with respect to creativity and originality will be solely the judgement of the exhibition committee and the judges. Submission of an entry to this show constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant to all conditions set forth in the prospectus. Riverside Art Center reserves the right to reproduce accepted entries for publicity.
• 30% commission on all sales of artwork will be deducted by Riverside Art Center. Artwork should be priced accordingly, and sale price should be marked clearly on entry forms. If entry is “not for sale” write NFS on entry form under price.
