The Chamber is a non-profit organization of businesses, professionals and involved citizens in the Wapakoneta area. It is governed by a volunteer, nineteen-member Board of Directors. The Board oversees all Chamber activities, programs, committees and staff. The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee meet monthly to plan and review the Chamber’s activities. The general membership meets once a year at the Chamber’s Annual Banquet. The day-to-day operation of the Chamber is carried out by the Executive Director and the Administrative Team.
